Dynamische Zusammenhänge – Ich stelle mich der Komplexität
- Autonomie ist ein komplexes System und involviert individuelle Akteure. Die Förderung von Autonomie entsteht aus dem Zusammenspiel verschiedener Faktoren: Menschen, interpersonelle Aspekte, kontextuelle Aspekte sowie deren Anforderungen.
- Auch ist Autonomie kein starres Konstrukt, sondern ein dynamischer und vielfältiger Prozess, der ständig im Wandel ist. Mit anderen Worten: Dass Autonomie in einem bestimmten Kontext ausgeübt und entwickelt werden kann, hängt nicht nur von uns ab. Allerdings haben wir die Entscheidungsfreiheit, Autonomie bei uns und bei den Lernenden überhaupt zu fördern.
„A complex-systems interpretation of autonomy does not situate the development of autonomy solely within individuals, but it recognises its emergence from the interaction of different individuals together and in relationship with other and their affordances (cf. Van Lier, 2004). The strength of the systemic perspective is that it recognises all agents, groups and institutions directly or indirectly involved in facilitating and engendering autonomy. Furthermore, the dynamics of changing interrelationships and processes within systems make it clear that autonomy itself, as a developmental process, is highly dynamic, diverse and determined by many factors. A complex systems view acknowledges that learner autonomy is not a fixed state or even a state to be aimed for, but rather an ongoing process which can be understood in terms of dynamic relationships with agents and artefacts in the learning environment.“ (Tatzl, 2016, p. 47)
